Say hello to Charlotte, our contemporary but timeless, sofa bed designed to blend effortlessly into any space. With her clean lines and understated charm, Charlotte brings both style and versatility to your home.

Charlotte is as thoughtful on the inside as she is beautiful on the outside.  Every frame is handcrafted in Derbyshire using sustainably sourced European beech and birch hardwood, built for strength with traditional glue, screw, and dowel joinery.

Comfort meets quality with serpentine springs in both the seat and back, finished with a natural wool interliner for added softness and support. The mattress is a pocket sprung, memory foam layered mattress. It is comfortable, however we would recommend purchasing a mattress topper if guests are light sleepers.

Fabric

• Please note: your Charlotte skirted sofa bed is sold without fabric. You're welcome to supply your own—just email us at hello@thehouseupstairs.co.uk and we’ll share our address.
• Or, if you’d like a little help from our design team, we offer a fabric sourcing service for £75. We’ll send you unlimited suggestions, plus swatches delivered straight to your door to help you find the perfect match.
• You’ll need 14 meters of fabric for the double size and 16 meters of fabric for the king size. To estimate fabric cost, simply multiply the required meterage by the fabric’s retail price per metre.

Shipping and Lead Times

Your Charlotte will be ready to ship in approximately 10 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note, for custom sizes or if you're providing your own fabric, the lead time begins once we’ve received the fabric.
