There's something so special about a made to order custom bed valance sheet. It finishes a room, makes the bed feel extra luxurious and hides the ugly (but useful) bed base and drawers etc of a divan bed base.

Please note: your valance is sold without fabric. You're welcome to supply your own—just email us at hello@thehouseupstairs.co.uk and we’ll share our address.
Or, if you’d like a little help from our design team, we offer a fabric sourcing service for just £55. We’ll send you unlimited suggestions, plus swatches delivered straight to your door to help you find the perfect match. You will need:
Single: 4.5 metres
Small Double: 4.5 metres
Double: 5 metres
King: 5 metres
Super King: 5.5 metres

To estimate fabric cost, simply multiply the required meterage by the fabric’s retail price per metre.

Shipping and Lead Times

Your valance will be ready to ship in approximately 6 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note, for custom sizes or if you're providing your own fabric, the lead time begins once we’ve received the fabric.
