Georgie is the corner version of Emily, our bestseller. Same comfort, twice the seating, with the legs bare or upholstered.

How it works

The price is for your corner banquette, handmade to order. Fabric isn't included in your purchase, we offer two options:
• Send us your own fabric based on the product meterage requirements
• Or you can choose our fabric help service (£75) We'll send you up to 10 suggestions, with fabric samples. UK only service.
Let us know if you'd like the legs bare or upholstered.

Please email us at hello@thehouseupstairs.co.uk with your preferred dimensions and we will respond with a bespoke quote and required meterage.

Sending your own fabric? Post it to The House Upstairs Studio 1, The Old Stables Business Centre, Cranmer Street, Long Eaton, NG10 1JA with your order number on the label.

Every Georgie is made to measure. Email hello@thehouseupstairs.co.uk with your sizes and we'll send a quote and the fabric you'll need.

Lead times

About 8 weeks from when your fabric arrives.

We offer a free 2 man white glove delivery service with unpacking, to mainland UK, on all our furniture.

Please contact us for international shipping rates enquiries on furniture.

Ready made items leave our premises in 2-3 days from purchase unless stated.

Please note we do NOT calculate, include or collect any import taxes or duties for non-UK purchases. Where applicable these are payable to the relevant courier company who collect them on behalf of your local tax authority and are your responsibility.

Every piece is made by hand to order by an upholsterer with over 40 years' experience, in Derbyshire, the home of British upholstery.

Not sure which fabric to choose? We'll help.

Our furniture is made to order in the fabric of your choice. You can send us your own fabric, or we can find the right one for you.

Our fabric help service is £75. We'll:

Talk through your room, your colours and how the piece will be used
Send you a hand-picked selection as well as fabric samples of your faves
Order your chosen fabric and have it delivered straight to our workshop
