An upholstered cushion headboard is a comfortable, effective and efficient way to add impactful fabric to a bedroom. Even one where space is at a premium, it would work in any suitable upholstery fabric.

UK Single (3m of fabric) - 90cm(w) x 80cm(h)
UK Small Double (3m of fabric) - 120cm(w) x 80cm(h)
UK Double (4m of fabric) – 135cm(w) x 90cm(h)
UK King (4m of fabric) – 150cm(w) x 90cm(h)
UK Super king (5m of fabric) – 180cm(w) x 100cm(h)
UK Emperor (5m of fabric) – 215cm(w) x 100cm(h)

NOTE: Each headboard has a 20cm(h) pillow stop (the bit that sits behind the mattress). As each headboard is handmade to order, please allow a sizing tolerance of up to 2cm

Either supplied with legs to attach to a divan or a baton to attached to the wall. Custom sizes available, just email us at hello@thehouseupstairs.co.uk for a quote.

All furniture items are handmade to order by an upholsterer with 40 years experience, in a part of Derbyshire that has centuries of history as the home of fine British upholstered furniture making. These are pieces of the highest quality that are built to last.

Shipping and Lead Times

UK and US delivery is complimentary on most items. We also ship worldwide; international rates are calculated at the checkout.

Your Mel will be ready to ship in around 6 weeks. Shipping time depends on where you are. Custom sizes take longer and if you're supplying your own fabric then the lead time starts from when we receive your fabric.

Free Shipping on almost all UK & US orders (doesn't include armschairs, sofas and headboards).

Please contact us for EU and international shipping rates enquiries but are also calculated at checkout.

Stock items leave our premises in 2-3 days from purchase unless stated. Fulfilment time on made to order purchases (this includes all furniture) varies and is listed in product descriptions.

Please note we do NOT calculate, include or collect any import taxes or duties for non-UK purchases. Where applicable these are payable to the relevant courier company who collect them on behalf of your local tax authority and are your responsibility.
