All furniture items are handmade to order by an upholsterer with 40 years experience, in a part of Derbyshire that has centuries of history as the home of fine British upholstered furniture making. These are pieces of the highest quality that are built to last.

Shipping and Lead Times

UK and US delivery is complimentary on most items. However, due to her weightiness, shipping Elle overseas can be quite costly. Do reach out to us for an accurate shipping quote!

Your Elle chair and stool will be ready to ship in around 6 weeks. Custom sizes take longer and if you're supplying your own fabric then the lead time starts from when we receive your fabric.

Free Shipping on almost all UK & US orders (doesn't include armschairs, sofas and headboards).

Please contact us for EU and international shipping rates enquiries but are also calculated at checkout.

Stock items leave our premises in 2-3 days from purchase unless stated. Fulfilment time on made to order purchases (this includes all furniture) varies and is listed in product descriptions.

Please note we do NOT calculate, include or collect any import taxes or duties for non-UK purchases. Where applicable these are payable to the relevant courier company who collect them on behalf of your local tax authority and are your responsibility.
